Dump then load ==> ancient version???

Hello,

I dumped a large repository from our older subversion server (named
svnserver, which is a X86 PC running Solaris 9, with Subversion 1.0.5 r9954,
with BSD I believe, running under Apache 2.0.49, from the sunfreeware.com
binary package I think). The size of the dump is 1.8 gigs.

Compressed the dump using gzip, transferred it across a network to another
subversion server (named marianne), and decompressed it there using winzip.

Marianne is set up another X86 PC, running Windows 2000, with Subversion
1.1.4 (r13838), under Apache 2, installed from the Windows binaries
available from the subversion website. It already had one repository on it,
so we created a new one using the FSFS option. The svnadmin load command
went smoothly, took a lot of hours, but eventually made it in.

The problem: When I access it via the web, or check out a working copy, I
get an ancient (months back) version. The revision number is current, but
the content is old.

Please help!
