Well Tortoise needs shell32.dll v 4.72 . And NT 4.0 has a shell32.dll v
4.00
So it seems it does not work with Tortoise.

If your NT's got Active Desktop installed, you can use TortoiseSVN:
http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/
