Hi,
I confirm I have installed apache 2.0.54 and precompiled binaries of
the svn 1.2.0-rc1
and it works very well for me (excpet of the locking issue I've reported)
I just nitced that mod_authz_svn.so and mod_dav_svn.so are located under
bin directory of subversion (in the same place where the svn.exe)
Make sure you have this directory in your path and run apache again.
(rememeber you have to restart the machine if you change the system path)
