SVN Apache 2.0.54 and SVN 1.2.0-rc1

I'm encountering a problem getting Apache 2.0.54 to accept the module
mod_dav_svn.so.

Having installed Apache 2.0.54 and SVN 1.2.0-rc1 over the top of earlier
versions all seemed well.
Then I remembered there might be a new version of mod_dav_svn.so and and
mod_authz.svn and yes there is.

So. I copied these over the top of the old ones into the Apache2/modules
folder and noticed mod_dav_svn has blown out from 409K to 617K bytes so
clearly there has been some work there.

Anyway, now Apache fails to load mod_dav_svn.so. The NT4.0 event log
states there is a syntax error identifying the line
LoadModule dav_svn_module modules/mod_dav_svn.so

The next event log message says cannot find module mod_dav_svn or some such thing.

Is this just my version of httpd.conf gone wonky or is there an unrealized problem lurking elsewhere?
