This might be the easiest to work with. It'll give you every property of
every item under your url.

svn proplist -R URL

This would get you every file that has your property set. You'd have to
parse the output and then compare that against the complete list of
files in your repository.

svn propget svn:eol-style -R URL

You could also check to see if the 1.2RC can do XML output of the
property functions.
