SVN database corrupted?
From: Jared Noftle <jared_at_airtightgames.com>
Date: 2005-04-14 21:42:54 CEST Hello,
I've been running SVN for about 2 months now with a team of 9
developers (some code, mostly art content however). This morning
it seems to have gone down on our file server. In attempting
to recover it, I get the following output:
C:\server\Subversion\bin>svnadmin recover
d:\svn\ageiademo
Repository lock acquired. Please wait; recovering the repository may take some time... svn: DB_RUNRECOVERY: Fatal error, run database recovery svn: bdb: Ignoring log file: d:/svn/ageiademo/db\log.0000028294: magic number 0, not 40988 svn: bdb: Invalid log file: log.0000028294: Invalid argument svn: bdb: First log record not found svn: bdb: PANIC: Invalid argument Clearly, the recovery was not successful. In the
documentation it says to send a mail to this address for help.
Thanks,
Jared Noftle
