viewcvs/svn questions....

hi...

after installing gforge/svn/viewcvs, and finally getting a portion to
work... i have a basic question...

does viewcvs allow you to upload a file to a subversion repos??? after
looking at it, it appears to only be used for viewing. please tell me i'm
wrong!!!
