Error checking out

In directory 'D:/test/TTTForum' Can't copy
'D:/test/TTTForum/.svn/tmp/text-base/TTTForum_PostEdit.ascx.svn-base' to
'D:/test/TTTForum/TTTForum_PostEdit.ascx.tmp': The system cannot find
the file specified.

We are seeing this kind of error periodically... any thoughts are
appreciated.

Our configuration is FSFS:
