Cannot build subversion-1.1.3. on Windows XP

Hello,
I`ve downloaded subversion-1.1.3.zip. And now I have a problem to build =
it with VC++6.0. The compiler can not find db.h.=20
I`ve read the INSTALL doc. Really it is necessary to download all that =
there is specified?
Can you tell me the way I can build svn?
