!svn/vcc/default on WinXP

Hi,

1. Am having problems when checking out a binary file from repository.

2. Text file operations work fine - check out, add, commit, etc.

3. Am accessing repository over https to Apache on WinXP box.

4. Problem only occurs when accessing from behind a proxy server.

5. Closest previous mail:
http://svn.haxx.se/users/archive-2004-07/0286.shtml

6. Actual error is:

svn: REPORT request failed on 'svn/myproj/!svn/vcc/default'
