as far as I can say, it's an international english speaking mailing
list, so the least you can do is to abide by the netiquette and post in
english.

About your question, what I just can say to you is : if you can do it
with CVS, you'll be very happy to do it with subversion. If CVS is not
usable for your project, probably svn won't make it (and then, may be
you need something more "integrated").

You might want to tell us what are you using now, and why you consider
using svn in the (near) future. It could help us figuring out what you
need to know about svn.
