Problem with DOS-UNIX format

From: Matthias Fechner <idefix_at_fechner.net>

Hi,

i have my repository under FreeBSD running, which is working perfect.
I do checkins from windows, linux and FreeBSD.

But if i do a checkin from windows with emacs (psvn) it modifies the
file (replace $Id$ etc.) and put on every line the windows newline.

So i see in emacs always this ^M at the end of every line.

Is it possible to force svn to use unix newline every time?
