large binary, corrupted repository?

From: <jimbo_at_cordiner.com>

Hi,

I am a relatively new user of Subversion. I have a repository where I
placed a folder of binary database files, one of which was over 90M.

I tried to remove these as I don't really want them in there and now I
find I can't commit. When I try to the window just hangs (I am using
TortiseSVN).

Have I corrupted my repository with such a large binary file? If so can
I fix this?

Thank you,
jms.
