1) Be methodical.
2) Try one thing at a time before moving on to the next
3) Did you try all suggestions made on the list, like making incremental dumps? What was your luck with that?
4) How did you fare trying it from Linux?
5) Do you have an issue with all your repos, or with just a number of them? How many repos. do you have?
6) Are you sure all user / file permissions are correct when you try to use svnadmin?
