Hi,

You'd only need to access the repos using svnadmin, which uses file path on disk (not http, not file, not any other protocol). You will need the client, not the server.

I'd make a copy of the repos dir to a local linux drive if I where you, before accessing it with Linux.

cheers,

Subject: Dumping a win32 repositories from a linux box

Hi
I need to dump (or to try to dump....) a win32 repository from a linux box.
Which step I have to perform?

I need to install apache also on the linux box? Or I need only the
subversion server (same version of the win32 offcourse)?

Which distribution of linux is faster/easier to set up with subversion?

how can I access win32 repos from linux? Whith file:// protocol?

Thanks for the help...

Dav
