No, this si subversion's way of saying that it can't translate the UTF-8
to the encoding used in the current locale. So libiconv is probably not
set up correctly. If you use non-ASCII characters in filenames, you'll
have the same problems.

Don't ask me, though, how to set this correctly on WinXP:-)
