The problem is that *I don't know* if the WC is mixed-revision or
not. How can I figure it out formally (from a script). And if so how
can I figure out what was the last commit?

Furthermore, if the WC has local mods I would like to copy them to the
tag too. So doing a URL to URL copy is not the best thing for me.

Is there any other way?

Thanks
