As others have pointed out, you can have as many working copies
checked out as you want to.

However, this doesn't work exactly as with ClearCase.

Subversion doesn't have an equivalent of the "setview" command. In
Clearcase, you can have all your views appear at the same "mount
point" in your local file system. In Subversion, all working copies
must have different "mount points".

Is this what you mean by "the same directory structure"?
