Absolutely not!!!!

We host one of our Subversion servers on Windows, yet the developers
who are using that repository are developing code on a variety of OSes,
including Windows and various Unices. It would be disastrous if (say,
during an upgrade) the repository suddenly become case insensitive!

Gili, can I echo Erik's request and humbly suggest that instead of
spending your time jumping on every single response to this thread
(which isn't getting us any closer to a solution), you put together a
comprehensive proposal for how you would like to see case-sensitivity
handled by Subversion?

Cheers,
Peter
