You don't get out much :-) Off the top of my head:

OpenVMS
FAT (DOS)
Various IBM OS's

Oh, you meant OS's that subversion runs on? Well, then Amiga and OS/2
are irrelevant...but FAT still is, because caseness is a property of the
filesystem, not the OS. I can mount a FAT file system on a Windows box,
no problem.

However, your general point is correct: it's a matter of taste.
