Hi Nicholas

We are using IDEA Intellij with both CVS and SVN.
About CVS: it works perfectly but it lacks the SVN functionalites.
If you are about to start a new repository I would recommend
that you use subversion.

The SVN svn-up plugin from tigris is hard to install, and does not work
very well at this time. Guys from tigris.org might soon stop to
develop snv-up because the IDEA developers are actually
working on an integrated svn plugin for IDEA Intellij v5.
What you should do is download a community edition
for IDEA Intellij from http://www.intellij.net/ (select EAP)
The lastest version should include a svn plugin. I have
seen an email about this one month ago on this mailing list.

Did you try also TortoiseSVN under windows ? it is not
included within IntelliJ IDEA but works well.

Hope it helps

nicolas
