What is Config Directory??

Hello Dears

I am a new user trying to write a small applications that is using
subversion api's (using windowXP), I getting difficulties in building client
context specially I do not know how to get the client configs.

As svn_config_get_config(...) is asking for some config_dir. I don't know
what to pass it can some one pls send me some guidelines for this..
