Cannot access local repository

From: Bergstedt, Torbjorn <torbjorn.bergstedt_at_capgemini.com>

Hi!

I have been using Subversion as my "local" version-tracking system for some time now, on several machines. Recently, I've encountered problems: I can create repositories without problems, but I can't access them: I get

file:///C/svn-rep/Error * Unable to open an ra_local session to URL Unable to open repository 'file:///C/svn-rep'.

I am not using Apache for access (I'm currently only interested in local access).

I have tried both database types.

I suspect it has something to do with my firewall: My company uses BlackICE, and it used to report some kind of intrusion, suspecting a "Nimda"-worm every time I tried to access a repo. But not even after closing that (and all processes I can find), it works.

Can somebody give me a hand in this?
