Building for FSFS on Windows

I'm having a hard time getting the server and client to build for windows
without BDB. Can someone give me a pointer or advice to help me through it?
There are some #defines and project references to BDB that I expect I'll
have to snip out manually, but I'd rather avoid the guesswork if someone has
already gone through it.
