Actually no, I don't have a Windows machine to reproduce on.

Thanks for providing all that data. I looked it over, and confess to
complete mystification :-(. I don't see why the error happened; all
your data looked perfectly normal. If you have the time and want to
debug to see what caused that error, you'd have an eager audience on
dev@subversion.tigris.org...
