Thanks Robert, but that wasn't really what I was asking. I need to know how
I can verify that the module is working correctly, can I debug its operation
somehow? I can no longer believe this is a strictly a file/directory
permissions issue so it must be something wrong with the compilation itself.
I need to track down exactly where. I believe there may be something wrong
with the apache modules but I don't know how to test that theory. The only
other thing it could be is some weird problem with the httpd.conf
configuration that is preventing me from having access to the DAV module,
and yes I guess that could be classified as a permissions problem.
