Unrecoverable svn db

From: Timothy Wayper <timmy_at_wunderbear.com>

After upgrading from OSX 10.3.5 to 10.3.6, my svn 1.0.6 repository is
now inaccessible:

rita:~ timmy$ svnadmin recover /repos
Please wait; recovering the repository may take some time...
svn: DB_RUNRECOVERY: Fatal error, run database recovery

Strangely, svnadmin verify runs OK, and the database files and
permissions "look" OK.

Any advice for next steps? I assume dumping the repository and
reloading would probably resolve the problem. Mostly I'm concerned that
the warm, secure feeling of using svn has gone, making we want to run
for shelter in cvs once more :-)

Cheers,
Tim Wayper
