svn add --force and svn:ignore

From: Timothy L. Robertson <timothyr_at_timothyr.net>

I've been eagerly awaiting svn1.1 to try out the recursive force add
feature in it. I installed it today, and found that it does in fact
add all the files in the directory tree, and I mean ALL the files, even
the ones in my svn:ignore propset. Is there some way to do the
recursive add and still respect my svn:ignore tags?

I use subversion to keep my home directory under version control, and
it would be great to be able to just add all the new files anywhere in
my tree, but I don't want to get the emacs backup files, and so forth.

Thanks,
-Tim
