is "recursive add" allowed?

From: Manuel Crotti <manuel.crotti_at_ing.unibs.it>

Suppose that my project tree (/usr/prj1/foo/bar/foo1/) already exists
and is under svn control,

Suppose that I create a new file:

touch /usr/prj1/foo/bar/foo1/bar1.sh

How can I put the file under svn control from the root of my project?

In other terms, does exist something like

manuel@maigret /usr/> svn add -R prj1

thanks in advance
Manuel
