problem fsfs on nfs directory

hello,
sorry to ask the same question again but I steel have this problem.
my system is redhat advanced server.
trying to create fsfs repository on mountpoint with this command :
svnadmin create --fs-type fsfs /mountpoint/svnrepository/
it hangs, I tried to hit the keyboard for geting uuid quickly, but it didn't
work.
it hangs for the last 2 hours, the mount point is stil mounted.
help anybody?
the reson I chose fsfs is I need to work on nfs directory.
