You're right. Since these characters work for me for the logs, I
thought everything was correct.

I'll forward this information to the dev list to see if a bug report
should be open.

I think that when using Windows, you can only set your language on
the control pannel's regional settings. Does anybody have any
information about how this is built for Win?
