svn status bug?

From: Robert Vinluan <rvinluan_at_sidefx.com>

Hi,

I can't seem to run "svn status -u" on locally removed files.

Example:
1. Remove, "foobar.txt". *NOT using the subversion remove command.
2. When running "svn status -u foobar.txt", I get the following error:
"Can't stat '.svn/prop-base/.foobar.txt.svn-base': No such file or
directory"

Is this a bug?

Thanks,

Rob

P.S. If this isn't the right place to report bugs/errors, could someone
please direct me to the correct location? I'd really appreciate it.
