So I made the test : I created a repository in a folder with no accent.
As soon as I try to import a folder with some accent, I get many
"WARNING: error decoding UTF-8 for ?" and when I try to retrieve the
data (through svn list), I get

I use release r11084 on windows XP, and no server yet (I access the
repository through file:///).

I looked everywhere in the doc, but could not find even a mention of a
problem with internationnal characters.
