[newbie] Problem with accent in URL to repository

Hello,

I try to access a repository I just created in my home folder.
(Un)fortunately, my name is loïc, with two dots on the ï. Thus my home
directory reflects this, and when I try to use svn with it, I get the
following message (btw, I'm on windows):

> svn: Safe data:
> "file://C:/Documents and Settings/Lo"
> ... was followed by non-ascii byte 239.
>
> Non-ascii character detected (see above), and unable to convert
> to/from UTF-8

Does someone know how I can make subversion use accents ? I could always
move the repository to another folder, but I also want to use filenames
with accent in the repository, and I do not want my file names to have
bad spelling.

Regards,
