People whose mailers generate "out of office" replies to a mailing list
should be automatically unsubscribed. (That's the way a lot of mailing
lists handle that issue.)

Still, I hadn't thought about the "out of office" auto-responses as
being a reason for not using Reply-To. (I'd still prefer to see a
Reply-To header on the mailing list. As an occasional poster, not a
regular, I often forget to check and make the incorrect assumption that
the message will go to the list address.)
