commit and update problem

I am taking an error when I try to update my local.

svn update -r HEAD D:/RISKTURK/ENT/jsp/inc/image
  Filesystem has no item
svn: File not found: transaction 'lq', path
'/repository/ENT/jsp/inc/image/1.JPG'

When I try to commit, I am taking these error.

...
  Item already exists in filesystem
svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: File already exists: filesystem 'D:/repository/db', transaction 'lr',
path '/repository/ENT/jsp/inc/image/arama.gif'

I am using subversion 1.0.3. I know that this is older version, but how
can I solve this problem with this version?
