Reinstall all server

Heloo,

I have tried to solve problem with reinstall debian, and svn server
and move svn repository:

File svn-commit.tmp saved.
svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: Unable to open an ra_local session to URL
svn: Unable to open repository 'file:///webroot/_svn/meneashop/trunk'
svn: Your commit message was left in a temporary file:
svn: '/webroot/meneashop/svn-commit.tmp'

Project repository now lies in /svn/meneashop. I have bzip2ped
repository backups and project source files, but I'm not able to tell
svn that repository now lies in /svn/meneashop and not in /webroot/_svn.

When I run "svn stat" it works well, svn returns status of working
copy. But I can not commit changes back into repository. SVN returns
error messages noticed above. I tried svn switch, I read all about
switching repositories in svn book and looked for any help by google
as well.

Any idea?
