I'm running out of ideas here. I see nothing suspicious in your 'ldd'
outputs.

Can you show me how your libaprutil library is linked, using 'ldd'?

Also, I'd like to know what happens if you 'cp -R' your repository, then
run 'svnadmin recover' on the repos.
