diff programs for Windows. I was just hoping for a way from within
Subversion to do it easily.

OK, I just realized you were doing an "svn log", not "svn diff". I'm
just interested in getting the differences of that one file, from one
tag to another. Sounds like I just need to use a standalone diff tool.
