It *IS* problem with COMSPEC. It's space in the directory name that's causing
it. If you re-install 4NT in something like c:\4nt it will work.
Alternatively, you can force COMSPEC to either c:\Progra~1\4nt...
or "C:\Program Files\4nt...".
