It will if you have RHEL3 U2 or later; 1.0.4 packages built to use the
native httpd package here: http://people.redhat.com/jorton/Taroon-svn/
(I'll upload 1.0.5 RPMs shortly).

And once again, replacing DB4 4.1.25 packages with 4.2.52 packages which
are not build using --with-uniquename is a good way to shoot yourself in
the foot.
