I've got packages for WBEL3 which *should* be compatable with RHEL3
(please let me know if they are not, I don't have access to RHEL3 to test
it).

I don't think Subversion will work with the apache that comes with
WBEL3/RHEL3, which is why I have the replacement.

The RPMs I've got on my sever are the only ones that you would need to
replace and usually only the APR, DB, Apache RPMs are the only ones you
need to worry about.
