Visual SourceSafe Migrator Project: vss2svn.tigris.org

Please move all discussion regarding my VSS-to-Subversion migration
script to the users mailing list at vss2svn.tigris.org. The project
isn't completely set up yet but the mailing lists should be working.

I will move the project file(s) to that site when I am able. I say files
because I now also have available a statically-linked win32 executable
for those who don't have (or don't want to install) Perl. It is
currently available at the same website, http://www.tobiasly.com/svn/ .
