The first link suggests Mail-Followup-To as a suitable alternative; I understand
a few MUA's actually support it, too. ;) The problem with Dan Bernstein is that
even when he is clearly right, he has usually pissed off so many people by that
time that the "best" solution gets ignored because of the personalities involved.
