Custom Win32 binaries

I have decided to make available an unofficial build of the latest SVN
binaries for Windows that use _svn instead of .svn for the
administrative directory. Look in http://www.xbc.nu/svn/.

The Subversion project has nothing to do with these binaries, I have not
tested them in any way, do not promise that they will work, will not
provide an installer, etc. etc. Here's an excerpt from the README.txt file:

***WARNING***WARNING***WARNING***WARNING***

This is an *unofficial*, *unsupported* build of the Subversion
command-line utilities. It incorporates a workaround for the ASP.NET
bug triggered by the presence of the '.svn' directory, by using the
name '_svn' instead.

Again, if you use these binaries, please do *not* send any bug reports
either to me or to the Subversion mailing lists unless you can
reproduce the problem with the regular Win32 build.

***WARNING***WARNING***WARNING***WARNING***

If this still doesn't dissuade you from using these binaries, be my
guest, but please be gentle with the server as the download bandwidth
isn't spectacular.
