Yes and I believe that the update only fixes the security issue. Simply
[root@svn root]# rpm -qp --changelog
- add security fix for CVE CAN-2004-0397 (Ben Reser)
* Wed May 05 2004 Joe Orton <jorton@redhat.com> 1.0.2-2
However, there is also a 1.04 rpm available which cropped up in the
