Thinking this over (and re-reading the docs), I see that it won't work with the
same URL on the client, since the only think the client knows to do is use XXX
to connect to the remote server and run 'svnserve -t' to request tunneling. It
would have to be a new client-side URL entirely; svn-ssh:// anyone? ;)
