Sorry about that. I just subscribed to their list...

I believe I figured out the problem. I had TortoiseCVS also installed
and once I uninstalled it, the overlays now work... Maybe it's a
coincidence, but it's work now...

Works for me. Have you hit F5 to refresh the window?

Meta-comment: tortoisesvn is a separate project from Subversion.
