No, but we did do (as root):
   svnadmin dump repos > d
   mv repos repos_aargh
   svnadmin create repos
   svnadmin loa repos < d

(disclaimer: commands typed from memory, syntax may be wrong, you get the
idea)

The database seems to be fine, we just can't get to it for some reason. Any
more suggestions?
