SVN 1.0.2 on Windows 2000 using IBM HTTP Server 2.0.47

I have setup several servers using IBM HTTP Server (IHS) 2.0.47 and
Subversion 1.0.1 without any problems. However when I tried to upgrade to
SVN 1.0.2 I came across the following problem:

The Apache service named reported the following error:
>>> Cannot load C:/Program Files/Subversion/httpd/mod_dav_svn.so into
server: The specified procedure could not be found. .

I tried using all of the different solutions found in the W32Notes.txt
without any success. The bottom line is that when I replace the SVN 1.0.2
files with the SVN 1.0.1 files and change none of the other environment
settings, the configuration works perfectly. Any insights that anyone has
would be very much appreciated - I would like to update to the new SVN
server ASAP due to the included bug fixes.

Also are there any requirements on the version of the Apache server that
needs to be run with SVN?
